Our services are governed exclusively by the Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen 2016 (ADSp 2016) (German Freight Forwarders‘ General Terms and Conditions 2016). The ADSp 2016 are further limiting the statutory limit of liability contained in Section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) of 8,33 Special Drawing Right per kilogram (SDR/kg) to EUR 1 Million per claim or to EUR 2 Million per event respectively to 2 SDR/kg whatever may be higher. In case of multimodal transit with a leg by sea the liability is limited to 2 SDR/kg in general.
